The other side of the state, worth a look
Most of this site focuses on the Treasure Valley, but CBH also builds new homes farther south, in the Magic Valley of south-central Idaho around Jerome, about 15 minutes from Twin Falls. If your work, family, or preferences pull you toward this region rather than the Boise fan, Jerome is where a new-construction budget goes a long way.
A farm hub with a growing Main Street
Jerome is a county seat that works for a living: potatoes, sugar beets, dairy, and the trade that supports them. Its Main Street holds family diners and quiet local shops, and the weekday commute is measured in minutes, with Twin Falls close by for big-box shopping and events.
Schools
The Jerome Joint School District runs complete preschool through high school service for the town, and like most farm communities, the support from families and the community runs deep around the schools and teams.
Outdoors and everyday life
The Snake River Canyon, the lava fields, and the rim country make this a magnet for anyone who likes wide-open western landscapes. In under a half hour you can reach the gorge overlooks and trail systems south of town, and the valley's quiet agriculture scenery wraps the neighborhoods themselves.
